Overview: We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions and possess knowledge of employment labor laws, HR sourcing, interviewing techniques, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding - Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process - Administer training and development programs for employees - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies - Assist in human capital management strategies - Oversee contract management and compliance - Manage workers' compensation claims and related processes - Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Oracle for data management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role - In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques and best practices - Proficiency in training development and implementation - Familiarity with human capital management strategies - Experience with UltiPro or Oracle HRIS systems is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
